Resolved: On June 26, 2026, I discovered two...
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
When I first noticed the transactions, they were both in Processing status.
I immediately contacted PalmPay Customer Support to report them as unauthorized and blocked my physical card to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
Despite reporting the issue while the transactions were still pending, both transactions were later approved and the funds were deducted from my account.
I use an iPhone and do not use Google Play, so I did not make these purchases.
I believe my card details were compromised and used without my permission.
I am requesting a full investigation into these unauthorized transactions, a chargeback, and a refund of the amounts deducted. I also request that appropriate measures be taken to prevent any further unauthorized use of my card.

I didn't see my money in cashbox

My name is Aliyu Adamu, and I received a transfer from Abubakar Yahaya, who uses an OPay account.
I believe the sender mistakenly sent 3,200 instead of 30,200.
Unfortunately, the sender's phone number is partially hidden in my transaction history, so I cannot contact him directly.
Kindly help notify the sender through OPay or advise on the appropriate steps to resolve this issue.

Claimed unsuccessful Transaction
- - Palmpay Sunday transaction shows successful.
- - Recipient bank says funds not received.
- - Globus Bank & FINCRA cannot trace, reversal with documents.
I made a transaction from my Palmpay account since Sunday. The recipient bank (Eversend) confirmed they haven't received any funds on their side, yet you people are telling me the transaction was successful.
I have contacted Globus Bank, which acts as the settlement bank for Eversend, and also I have contacted FINCRA; they said they can't trace the transaction. I urge Palmpay to bounce that transaction back.
This is getting out of hand. Below are the necessary documents regarding this transaction from all parties.
