Palmpay have debited me and I don't receive any money from my Momo PSB and I want palmpay to refund the money back

Verified ReviewerResolved: Transaction dispute unresolved
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The beneficiary's account that was initially freeze and money withheld was unfreeze and the beneficiary had access to the money after almost a month. They should report the issue to every concerned authority.
But instead of opay, i mistakely select palmpay. After the transaction the beneficiary did not received the money because the receipt of Transaction indicated palmpay account not opay.
I registered a dispute immediately, however, the beneficiary called me and told me that he uses the same number was for his palmpay account, so he checked his palmpay and found the money drposited there but was frozen because of the dispute i registered earlier.
Ever since then, palmpay has refused to reverse the transaction or unfreeze the beneficiary's account.
I tried to speak with customer agent they claimed the dispute had been resolved but it was all a lie. Later they asked me to write an authorisation letter with my passport and ID to allow the beneficiary to get aacesss to his bank , i did and submit it to this email address ( support @***.com but all prove abortive. The beneficiary also made inquiries and he was told that the money had been reversed back to me.
That is also a lie. Please i need the money

Yes of course. It's very important and very good company for transportation and everything.
My goal is to expand this banking service to become unparalleled in Jigawa State and other states in Nigeria. I want everyone to use PalmPay in Jigawa State. This is my goal.
I want to become a Palmpay agent, but I used to give the user to my agent, and they would open accounts for people and give them ATM cards, and then give them the POS machine and say we have a branch there. I would like to say that we have an office or branch of Palmpay in Jigawa Hadejia because there is no town that has the same population as Hadejia, so there will be a lot of customers and people who need POS machines and banners.
Therefore, we need ATM cards, POS, banners, caps, and shirts. This is it in short.

To rectify my account I can't access it; it says abnormal account. If it has been suspended, then a solution should be provided.
I've chatted with customer care, and it has not yet been resolved. The customer care line is not reachable.

I have been scammed. Please help me recover my money back.
I didn't know it was a scam. He came in the name of investment; he was asking me to pay so that I could cash out my money.
At the end of the day, I didn't see any money. He kept on demanding more.

This time around you have bring and update into the palmpay app for airtime top up but honestly we are not enjoying the futures, Because it use to save numbers, we just be seeing and automatically airtime top up to a customer that we are not the who send it. What I want here if there is any way out please you should remove it from the place and leave it the way it is before. If not I will definitely stop using the palmpay app.
