Trying to resolve the issues with my bvn linked to another palmpay account besides mine
Dear PalmPay Support Team,
I am requesting assistance with removing my BVN from an old PalmPay account that I can no longer access.
My BVN is linked to two PalmPay accounts. One is my current account, which I can access, while the other is an account registered with a phone number ending in 2146.
I have tried to close the other account through the Management of Accounts section in my PalmPay app, but I am being asked to log in to the other account. Unfortunately, I do not know the password, and I can no longer contact the person associated with that account.
Please help me verify my identity and advise me on how to remove my BVN from the inaccessible account without compromising my current account.
I am willing to provide the necessary identification documents to verify my identity.

On receiving the transfer she blocked me from reaching her and refused to send the goods paid for.
